I’d also waited until it was nearly closing time - 5:40pm. Alfredo welcomed me as soon as I walked in (love that!). I milled around looking for cards, but couldn’t find the right one. This was odd for this location because it generally has the best cards. When I walked up to the counter Alfredo took just seconds to help me and even offered to help me find the right card. Although it was close to closing time, he made me feel at ease and not at all rushed. We found a good card and in minutes I was on my way. I’ve been coming to this FedEx location for years and it’s service like this that will keep me coming back.
