I spoke with team member Robert G. for assistance. And I'm so glad I did! Robert was AMAZING. He promptly jumped in to assist, not only that, Robert's personality, sense of humor and empathy shined through! He was able to get my print job completed, kept me laughing and lighthearted the entire time. You've got an exceptional employee and I'm so thankful for his assistance. I left feeling like I'm always going to FED Ex for my printing needs with service like this!

Besides the fact that he's sincerely happy and eager to help with whatever you need, he also goes out of his way to get a smile or laugh with a joke! It's heartwarmimg to watch other people's reactions as he helps others and pitches little jokes to them as well. Every single person I see him help has a smile on their face or is laughing when he helps them, every time - no exaggeration. Thank you for making me (and everyone) smile and laugh, Rob!
