I had FedEx print a portrait for me and when I got back to work, I realized I had spelled the last name incorrectly. I called Fedex and asked if they would be able to print another portrait in time for the funeral service which was the next day and Marilou sent me an email that next morning to let me know it was ready to be picked up! Marilou made sure that I had the portrait in plenty of time for the funeral service. She excels in customer service and she is very pleasant to her customers.
