This proved tricky, and all three Fedex Employees (especially Bryan, but also the store manager whose name I didn't note, and Ian) helped get the job done. The team at this store is always fantastic, even when there is confusion with navigating the various printing order websites/software. This team keeps me coming back.

What's more is when I tried to get on the website to complain I had to go back to the store for them to explain that the oh and the zero look exactly the same on the receipt making me question if you really want to "listen".

Despite providing the tracking number and my company badge, the store manager, Amy, insisted that the package should be under my name and match my ID's address, even though it was held for our company.
