Stormwater charges are determined by whether a property is classified as residential or non-residential. Non-residential customers will be billed $1.05 per month per 1,000 square feet of impervious surface. This tool shows what monthly Stormwater Service Charges will be.
MSD Project Clear turned to voters to decide two important issues on April 2, 2024: How WASTEWATER services will be funded over the next four years, and the creation of the first regional STORMWATER improvement program in St. Louis and St. Louis County.
