Purchased a bike from On Any Moto a couple weeks ago and everything was great. From Mike, Anne, Bob, Cory, Henry and the guys back behind the scene in service. Everyone was so helpful and nice. I just wanted one change one item on my new bike, top loading panniers instead of the stock side load models that came with the bike. Slim chance due to time availability on my part. I travel full time and only in the Tucson area for another week. During a scheduled 600 mile service, I made when I purchased the bike, they found the panniers I was looking for which made my day. Thank you all for going above and beyond. I will certainly stop back the next time I pass through Tucson to say hi and who knows, another bike?

I bought a 2023 Aprilia Tuono 660 from them and I love it! They gave me a great discount and customer service. I got so many goodies and unbelievable prices on gear and accessories. When I brought my bike in for its first 600mile service they really took care of me! I highly recommend coming to them for your next bike purchase and/or maintenance!

These guys will take good care of you. I frequent this location on my lunch break just to look at their cool bikes. The staff is always friendly and they never try to pressure you into a sale. They have serviced my Guzzi and Kawasaki, and done nothing short of a great job. They even gave my wheels a courtesy clean when they fitted new tires for me. Great people, great service. Nice shop and friendly no pressure staff. Bought a 2024 Ducati V2 a few weeks ago. When I came in the staff was quick to greet me and then let me look around without hovering. When I decided to buy they made the process too easy. I look fwd to coming back for my service.

This time the guys there were on tip of it. My bike is on the rack. They sure have some nice bikes. A salesman even showed me a bike for sale outside. Cory is the man there. Always on point.

This is the only Ducati dealership in Southern Arizona. They have an excellent service Dept., good selection of new motorcycles. Ducati, MV Augusta, Aprillia and Piago. The also sell Zero. It's a purpose built dealership just off I 10. So why not a 5 star? Because they have an attitude there. No one asks if you need help. Their water/ coffee counter had no cups. I was so thirsty after going through all the drawers I drank out of my hand. And bringing a Ducati in for service no one asked if I wanted to upgrade to any of bikes I was looking at while waiting for my ride. So it's a laid back atmosphere with attitude. But nice!

Always a pleasure visiting OAM. I recently purchased a bike here and was blown away by the experience. The staff was helpful, efficient and collaborative. Not once did I feel pressured about anything. In fact James insisted I take an extra day to think through everything! Ann made financing easy, comfortable and stress free. In general the feel of OAM is more like a barbershop than a vehicle dealership. The employees take the time to get to know their patrons. Been there several times. The employees are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have had work done on my KLR 650, and both Concours. They have completed the work in a reasonable time and at a fair price. They just started selling used motorcycles and are the dealer for Zero motorcycles.

They brought my old Polaris Rzr back to life. Saved having to buy a newer one. Runs like a champ.

Nice tips on tire pressures, especially since my rig has a sidecar therefore special requirements. And parts guy - just don’t try to tell me that Steely Dan did “Black Magic Woman.” It was Santana, dude!

If you love Italian motorcycles and/or scooters, this is the place to go. They just moved into this beautiful huge building. The showroom is fantastic! Ducati, Motoguzzi, Aprilia, Vespa and Piaggio products are here. They even carry Zero brand electric bikes. The service department is second to none. I've not bought a bike from them, but I have had my Suzuki V-Strom and some of my scooters serviced here. I've always been pleased with the quality of work. Edit: I just learned that they are also a Rural service center. Plus, they have a nice selection of electric bikes, motorcycles and scooters.

I was on the road with a flexible destination, I was in need of a rear tire, knowing the cords would be showing soon. I called a shop in El Paso, placed on a long hold, bounced between folks, quotes an astronomical price and told maybe by the end of the day... Not great news. I called On Any Moto in Tucson, got Cory on the phone, talked about my needs, a quick hold to check the shelf... Tire in stock, good to go. The price was fair. I asked if he could fit me in, "Absolutely“ he said. So to Tucson I went. The next morning, 9 AM sharp the crew was ready to do the work, Josh helped me with the paperwork and I was back on my way in no time. Thanks Cory, Josh and staff for your professionalism and excellent service. I enjoyed my short visit to Tucson and even happier to not have to use the El Paso shop after such a poor experience over the phone.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff

I wanted to buy an affordable dirt bike. On Any Moto sells some Chinese bikes that were in my price range. We called the night before to see if we could pick a Kayo 230 in the morning, the salesman said that they would have it assembled and ready. We arrived at the store at 9:30a.m. and our bike was already for us to purchase. The bike had gas in it and was able to be started. The paperwork for the title was completed in minutes, our bike title was completed there so our plates would come through the mail. The service was excellent. As for the bike, I love it. So far it runs great and it is lots of fun to ride.

🛵 I purchased a 2022 Piaggio Liberty 150 earlier this week, and yesterday afternoon Jay Everett delivered it to my home in Green Valley. The whole experience, from the purchase to the delivery, has been flawless. The bike, for my wants and needs, is perfect. Good and solid ride. So much fun. It's been a good half-dozen years since I've been on a scooter. I had forgotten how much fun they are. Two thumbs up for a perfect experience at O.A.M. and for Jay Everett. 👍🏻

There are motorcycle shops and then there are those few special places for those riders that have exquisite tastes in fine machinery and beauty. If you fall in the latter group, then On Any Moto is the only place you should go. I had the pleasure of working with Jay to buy an MV Agusta Brutale 800 RR. When buying something so exclusive, I of course had questions regarding service and upkeep. No matter how many times I called Jay with these questions, he was always friendly and energetic. The whole experience from walking in the store on day one until after delivery to the house has been amazing. I look forward to the service calls so I can see these guys and the showroom again.

Went to OAM in December 2021 looking to purchase a couple of pit (mini-dirt) bikes for my kids as a Christmas present. I had never heard or seen this place. It’s pretty well hidden from public view to be honest. But I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised. They have an impressive selection of inventory and the staff was really nice and knowledgeable. Our salesman was Jay Everett and he was not pushy at all to make the sale and worked with me a little on the price. I’d definitely recommend checking them out.

I took my wheel in today to get replace after it went flat. I explained to Cory that I probably wouldn’t be able to pick it up today because I had to work soon and wouldn’t be off until way passed closing. He talked to one of the mechanics right there and they did it for me in under 15 minutes so I could make it in on time. I was so surprised with their willingness to help! I’ll definitely be making OAM my go to from now on.

I took my Scrambler Ducati into On Any Moto for some repairs. After taking in the motorcycle, I found had to leave Tucson for an extend time because of a family emergency. The service department pulled out all the stops and had parts shipped from two different locations so I could leave Tucson in two days. They did a super job and got things right. If I could give more stars, I would! I called looking for some last-minute help as part of my mom's off-roading trip pre-check. From the moment they picked up the phone it felt like they'd known us for decades. Corey, in the service department, was welcoming, friendly, helpful, and professional - a true paragon for the industry. Garret, on the shop side, was tops. Mom had a blast in the shop. We love my new Yamaha e-bike. We searched for a lighter weight bike which allows us to remove the battery for transport. I received immediate responses to my questions on Facebook Marketplace. Upon visiting their store, we were able to test ride the bike and bought it on the spot. Jay and his team went out of the way to provide a kickstand and make sure the bike was ready to go out the door. I would highly recommend you consider them for your next purchase.

I have a Harley, and needed a back tire and brakes* They had to order the tire and parts. They got them in right away. I took the bike in, they performed the service while I waited. The mechanic was awesome. He went above and beyond. It needed 3 minor changes like air in front tire, drained the extra oil and adjusted the clutch, with no extra charge. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone, with any kind of bike. GREAT PRICES,GREAT SERVICE, and GREAT PEOPLE.

I bought a bike from out of state and had it delivered. Process was quick and efficient.

I needed to replace a tire so I took the rim with the old tire on it to them, purchased a new tire from them and they put it on for me and had it done within an hour. Had a few questions about other issues and found their staff to be very helpful and informative.

Went here for a new front tire in 2010. I was passing through Tucson on a very long motorcycle trip and originally had plans to head into Mexico. I was repeatedly warned by people in Tucson to NOT go into Mexico because of the danger. I can't remember the name of the guy I talked to at the shop but I think he was an owner. I told him why I wasn't going to Mexico anymore and he asked me, "In any of those conversations did you ask how many times those people have been to Mexico?". I honestly answered that I never asked. He then said, "Probably never. I go to Mexico all the time and its totally fine. If you don't go to Mexico you will regret it for the rest of your life". Well, I bolted that front tire on and blasted for the boarder immediately. He was right, it was amazing!

I was traveling from San Francisco down to Palm Springs then across the country to Sarasota Florida where I live. My Ducati multi-Strada 1260 SGT was brand new with 4 miles. I had to get the bike serviced prior to my trek across the country and was worried about how I was going to get it done. I contacted any Moto and spoke with Justin in service who probably made me an appointment even though it was a month and a half ahead of schedule. He told me what I expected to hear they will do everything they can the day of to help out but can't promise anything. This didn't bother me because it's exactly what I expected. I contacted Justin Tuesday afternoon the day before my appointment to reaffirm I still had one. He probably said yes sir we have you down look forward to seeing you. Took off from Palm Springs at 7 AM and arrived in Tucson at 12:58 with two minutes to spare! I walked in was warmly greeted to a gorgeous show room by very friendly and warm staff. I checked in with Justin and Josh in service and by 115, Sonny was rolling my motorcycle back to get started. The guys were more than willing to shoot the bull with me even though they were very busy, and made me feel very comfortable. Sonny completed the first service on my bike and walked in when he was finished to greet me with the bike parked out front. He explained everything he did and that he found nothing abnormal. He then blew me away by telling me that he clean the bugs off the bike and saw that I only had 35 miles worth of fuel, he added some fuel to make sure that I make the gas station!! Please understand the gas station was less than 2 miles away so this of course was just over the top. I wish I can wrap these guys up and bring them back to Sarasota, we do not have a Ducati dealership here. I hope this review finds the team there and they are paid their due complements. I would tell anybody and everybody to go there if they were in the area. Everybody I have told of my trip to has heard about this dealership. I recently took my 2013 Harley NightRod special into this shop to have Michelin Commander 2s put on. Was discovered by Sonny (mechanic) that the Oklahoma City Harley shop didn’t lube the rear end when they put the last set of tires on causing corrosion/rust to start setting in. He could have done like others and smacked it together, but he didn’t which sets him above and beyond other mechs. He took every part and cleaned them thoroughly, kept in touch with me on the repairs and what was needed to not only make sure it was correct and safe but to prevent anything else from popping up. He completed everything perfectly, lubed everything, and detailed the bike before he gave it back - something Harley hasn’t done at the last two shops. Sonny is the best mech I have seen so far and would def want him working on my bikes in the future! Everyone at the dealership/shop was pretty friendly and courteous except the service counter guy Justin - he could use some customer service training - my son and I both thought he was a bit of a * - never be short with a customer or act like they are an annoyance Justin especially when the customer is patient and looking for updates over a 2 day window, especially when said customer is from out of state and could have been stuck here for more days (waiting for a part to ship) if I hadn’t called to find out the issue with procuring the 2pc race bearing and found one in Cali where luckily my daughter was visiting.

Very friendly people, fast and efficient work. Would highly recommend to anyone. Went to several other shops in the area to get my dirt bike tire fixed. One shop had guys standing around on their cell phones and I was told that they were too busy. Would take 4 days to fix. Another place, said it would take a week to get done.
