David always sets everything up seamlessly. Sends update emails prior to leaving, and makes sure we have every last detail. He sets up the transfers to the hotel, gives tips/tricks, and always checks in post trip. His pricing he can get always ends up being better than what I see when just looking at places and WAY better than what others at the resorts tell us they paid.
