Important Insurance Note:
If you have dental insurance, you should know that we are not contracted with any insurance companies. We will be considered out-of-network for all insurance plans. As long as your insurance provides out-of-network benefits, we will be able to assist with filing your dental claims. Some insurance companies will reimburse at different rates when you see a non-contracted dentist. Some dental insurance companies will not send the payment to us, so you may be required to pay for your visit up front and be reimbursed directly from your insurance company. All insurance companies and plans are different. We cannot guarantee any benefits in advance. Out-of-network dentists have not agreed to provide services at contracted fees. Benefits received out-of-network are subject to any in-network benefit maximums, limitation and /or exclusions. Members will be billed for any amount unpaid by the insurance.

Dental biofilm (plaque) is the primary cause of tooth decay, cavities, gum disease and implant failures. Guided Biofilm Therapy is our new focus in dental cleaning; it is an efficient and painless method of removing dental biofilm through the use of airflow, warm water and powder.
