Nice dealership with friendly and helpful staff. Just stopped by to get some poker chips and check out the t-shirts. One that I liked wasn't in XL, so I couldn't get that one. The other one I liked was $55!! I know it's Harley, so I expect things to cost more, but I have been stopping in Harley dealerships from Mississippi to Alabama, Tennessee, Iowa, and South Dakota and that shirt was still $10 more than any other I have come across. Maybe the cost of living is just a lot higher in Seattle than anywhere else I have been. I'm still glad they were there to visit .

There was no pressure, it’s a very relaxed kick back place. Gunnar showed me and told me about any bike I wanted to look at. Gunnar sold me the bike at the price we had discussed. Two weeks after purchasing my new to me 2020 Road Glide and I feel great about my purchase. John in finance and I believe ( John) In closing were the same as Gunnar. No pressure and made me feel at home.After the quick purchase Gunnar introduced me to the maintenance guys and we went over my bike. Gunnar then spent more time with me after as well to show me things I may or may not know about the bike. Thanks

I finally found a place to get Buell parts! They have parts but it is limited and I wainly there for oil change parts, gasket and filter. There is one employee there that is all knowing Buell and was great to talk to. Do note, that Buell service is limited but they can recommend shops that can work on it.

I came to buy parts for my bike and The guys here are knowledgeable and professional, a good place to buy and take care of your bike. I Definitely recommend them.

I truly felt taken care of at Eastside Harley. I bought a bike from a sister dealership, and it just wasn't handled correctly. So spoke to the owner who sent me to Eastside, which he also owns. I felt very taken care of, Taco in Service went out of his way to ensure my bike was in great shape and even threw in a new battery even though mine checked out ok. John Jaffe in sales is a great dude to chat with and will be buying my next bike from them.

What an awesome experience at this dealership! I had a baffling electrical issue which was turning off my running lights every 8 seconds. Blake in service and Tim the tech had my issue sorted out and I was on my way in less than two hours. Super friendly service, I will definitely be coming back to this location as my primary dealership/service location from now on!

I was met by Blake, as soon as I walked in. He helped set up my bikes delivery to ESHD, and then we set up a service appt, and worked thru a handlebar swap. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Issues arose, mostly from MY end, and he handled those without an trouble, or delay. Chris in Sales and Blake in Service are fantastic. I have bought bikes from all of the Harley dealers in the area and Eastside Harley is my dealer of choice. They do straight up deals and take great care of me. Every staff member has taken great care of me & my wife. Despite the fact that I live in Port Orchard, they are worth the drive.

One of the best Harley dealers I have ever worked with. Ordered a part via phone (which many dealers won't do anymore). Weeks later when I had an issue with one of the parts they gladly returned it and offered some advice. Would not hesitate to do business again and will use this dealer for my future business. Prices are very reasonable considering the PNW market is one of the most expensive in the nation. Blake in particular from parts is great to deal with.

This was my first new bike purchase (bought a handful of used before). Never owned a Harley either but with their modern styling, I couldn’t resist anymore. I shopped at 4-5 other HD shops but in the end, Doc & especially Chris took care of me. Chris, was persistent and never gave up on working with me (I went there 3 times), and we came to terms that both were happy with. I’m so glad I made my purchase here as the shop is really invested in the people here. It’s not the biggest shop, but honesty and integrity is what they value and it shows.

We visited store to get bike helmets. "Mia" helped us to get the helmet in the store and order online as well. She was very informative and had great knowledge about helmets. We got some good tips and information from her today. The store was very clean and organized.

This week I had the chance to buy a new Street Bob from Eastside Harley. I first started by reaching out to them via email and asking about availability of a bike they had on their site. Krystel was the first to respond, did so very quickly, and then looped in Johnny to get me the final details I needed. Within a couple short emails, Johnny not only had my deal locked in, but also had agreed upon numbers for a more complicated deal with a friend of mine (his bike is being ordered, so not quite a done deal yet). The numbers for both were fair, and Johnny didn’t waste either of our time going back and forth, which means a lot. When I got to the dealer I was helped first and last by Jerry. He was a super nice guy, took great care of me, walked through the features, and answered any questions I had. The shop even had the preload adjusted for me like I asked. Not only that, Jerry helped me load the bike in my trailer on a hot day, which made it much easier to do. After a short wait on a very comfy couch, I met with Joey, the finance and paperwork guy. Joey was great. No high pressure sales to buy the extra packages, he did walk through everything, but was respectful of my time and decisions at every step. We ended up not only taking care of paperwork but having a few laughs over a shared hobby and places we’d been. It’s not everyday you’re wanting this part of buying a car or bike to take longer just because you’re having fun talking with the guy! All in all, this was my favorite motorcycle or car buying experience I can recall. Everyone at the store was super kind and seemed genuinely happy for me picking up my new bike. The folks at the different departments on the tour were all very nice, helpful, and informative. I drove past no less than 4 other Harley dealers to do the deal with these folks because they treat you the way you should be treated. After all, shouldn’t buying a new motorcycle be one of the most fun days you could have? Eastside Harley seems to think so, and it shows.

It had been a while. Couldn't find the Harley store. It was Now a Tesla Dealership so Googled. I guess a few years ago they remodeled the old Skate King building from the 70's a few blocks away. looked great nice staff good inventory

The whole staff is really friendy, the fit specialists have helped me find a bike that i love with my whole heart and every time i want service they help me alot
