Collierville, TN Team
EWR’s main office is located in Collierville, TN, (just outside Memphis) where eleven staff members work. Those staff members include the bulk of the company’s Customer Service staff as well as the programmers primarily responsible for the electronic receipt systems. This is also where the EWR administrative staff is based.
Raleigh, NC, is where EWR’s backup computers reside along with six full-time staff members which consist of two Customer Support staff members plus four software developers that are primarily responsible for the EWR gin & warehouse software products. They also are responsible for the CMA and LSA processing services handled by EWR.
