      My family started the process with Joe, who met with us and creating our backyard oasis to fit exactly where and what we wanted.  Joe was knowledgeable and was involved in our contract but not pushy!

    Once under contract, I spoke and met Jessica, who is who I mostly dealt with after we were underway.  Jessica was amazing as well and kept me up to date with what was happening next and more importantly when it was happening.  They have sub contractors for the work which was nice because they didn’t overbook or over promise their work.  The sub contractors were very professional and courteous. I have heard a lot of horror stories from friends who have used other new pool construction companies, but this is not Hollywood!


    If you are wondering how everything turned out...honestly AMAZING! Ron the owner has a great team working for him and they will definitely do the job with amazing quality!

    Big thanks to Hollywood Pools for giving us a backyard we can actually enjoy spending time in. We hired them for a complete remodel of our pool and new decking and we were not disappointed.  Joe, Jessica and Ron were incredibly easy to work with and made the whole process run smooth and timely from start to finish. The crews were great and our pool and deck is stunning! Our kids have been swimming every night since completion when they rarely went in the old pool. We have been renovating our home over the last year and it was really refreshing to deal with such a professional company that takes so much pride in their work because it is definitely not the standard anymore.

    Hollywood Pools knocked our pool project out of the park.  The pool was completed in April 2023 and my review is long overdue (now Oct).  The design for our yard was spectacular.  They and their sub contractors provide a very high end product. On top of that there customer service is exceptional.  I had a small issue just recently with a piece of equipment and Jessica got it resolved in 1 day.  Highly recommend using this company!

    We chose Hollywood Pools & Spas to build our pool due to the size of our backyard (less then 1400 square feet) & our desire to retain an existing lanai roof which required a column be placed in the pool.  We believe the before & after photos of our project speak volumes of the beautiful pool Hollywood Pools & Spas is capable of building, regardless of the complexities involved.  We do, and have, recommend doing business with this company.
