I recently had to have my cat euthanized, and the person coming in, which I thought was going to be a veterinarian, was a technician. He look like he just struck with lightning, maybe on drugs, and when I asked how the process of euthanizing, my cat was going to be. He proceeded in a way that was an excusable. I’ll never bring my cat here for emergency services or any other services available. I’m not sure they really have the professional people there that they say they do. And took the time to talk to me more about ways to get my puppy back to perfect health. We just left there. Our cat unfortunately passed away 5 minutes before we arrived. The care that was given was beyond exceptional. They tried to bring him back it was too late. They allowed us to stay with him for as long as we wanted.. They had him wrapped in a blanket in a cat bed like he was sleeping.
Thank you to the wonderful staff for trying to bring my baby back!!!!
