Buyer beware I recently went to the establishment as being a long time customer I got my eye I exam here which the doctor did not do the proper examination, rushed me out of the office do not go here at all on top of not doing my eye exam correctly the two pairs of glasses that I got obviously I cannot wear it because that’s not the right prescription. I called the store up to explain my situation. They said sorry it’s two different businesses and that they cannot refund me my refund for the two glasses all they said is that they will Me another set of glasses with my prescription I already spoken with my lawyer and with the federal tray commission and with my bank. On top of them charging my insurance company I lost over $1100 why I was in the store today to pick them up. I clearly told them that they weren’t right and they told me you’ll be OK. Give it time they brush me off. This place is not the old Pearle vision that I used to go to stay away.
