Allegria Spa

Beaver Creek, Colorado

Encompassing packaging, uniforms, web site, signage & promotional materials, our branding solution reflects the rustic sophistication of this exclusive mountain spa.

The Coloradan

Denver, Colorado

The Coloradan is a $200 million, 700,000 square foot, 334 unit residential condominium tower, occupying a full city block next door to Denver Union Station. TaCito Design created a unique signage program to identify the building, provide retail wayfinding, direct traffic in the parking garage, regulate the pool & provide residents & visitors with subtle directions to & identification of standard & penthouse units. A separate sign system identifies the extensive art collection that is throughout the building. Colors & materials were thoughtfully selected to beautifully complement the building architecture. We also wrote the Comprehensive Sign Plan for this project, helping to regulate exterior tenant signage.
