Im a new customer and already impressed. They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very efficient.

I bought basic tires in April. After a month I noticed a vibration while going 70 mph on the 417 and they ride rough on the surface streets. Went back in June and explained the issue. I was told that the standard basic tires tend to ride rough. I asked if I could exchange them for a nicer model and pay the difference. I was told since I didn't replace my rear shocks they couldn't do anything until that was done. Not saying I am an expert but have been driving for 53 years and I know the rear shocks do not cause the front tires to vibrate. I called the " If you are not completely satisfied with your service" number and was told nothing can be done because once the tires have been used they cannot be exchanged. We won't even go into that logic. Needless to say, all I can recommend is do not get the bottom line tires and do not drive on them in case they vibrate. TBH I was very impressed with them however they have lost a customer for life. If only I could get the vibration to transfer to my seat and I can get a massage at the same time.
