Sunburst Farms Irrigation District (SBFID) manages irrigation schedules and implements community standards for maintenance.

SBFID provides a three-week irrigation schedule, noting that there will be no irrigation during the weeks of November 2 and December 14, 2020. Please note that the office is currently closed; inquiries should be directed via email to the office, the Irrigation Manager, or the Custodian of Records.

A new bridle path cleanup process is now effective. Homeowners are responsible for maintaining paths so irrigators can access valves, adhering to standards regarding vegetation height (6 inches) and overhanging branches (13.5 feet). Non-compliant paths will be addressed by a commercial company. Homeowners must notify the District if cleanup is performed before the commercial service is scheduled.
