One Step Beyond, Inc. is dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families, striving for a vision where all people are fully included and recognized for their potential. Our mission is to provide dynamic programs that help participants achieve their goals and become active community members.

We fund essential, self-sufficient programs, including Employment, Life Skills, Culinary Training, Recreation (Arts, Fitness, Socialization, and Respite), and continuing education. One hundred percent of contributions directly enhance these vital opportunities. We are contracted with the Department of Economic Security (Arizona) and regional centers in California, operating across both states.
