Health For All is a licensed, multi-ethnic, community-based non-profit program dedicated to supporting adults with debilitating physical or mental disabilities and their families.

We provide a comprehensive range of services, including nursing/healthcare, restorative therapies, social services, and recreational activities. Operating three community clinics and an Adult Day Healthcare Center (CBAS), we focus on coordinated care to improve functional abilities, enhance quality of life, and delay placement in skilled nursing facilities.

Serving the Sacramento Area, we offer support through a sliding scale fee structure, with Medi-Cal covering costs for eligible participants. Our programs foster intellectual stimulation and emotional satisfaction through group activities.
