Community of Hope provides quality, compassionate healthcare and hope for underserved families in Washington, D.C., regardless of ability to pay. We operate centers, including the Conway Health And Resource Center and Marie Reed Health Center, offering comprehensive family healthcare services.

Community of Hope works to improve health and end family homelessness. In 2019, we provided over 57,294 healthcare visits and helped end homelessness for 1,227 families. Our programs connect families with vital resources, including temporary housing and employment support, leading to positive destinations for families and helping them achieve stability. We are dedicated to making Washington, D.C. a more equitable place for everyone.
