Homes for Hope, Inc. is driven by a mission to end homelessness by fostering self-reliance, self-sufficiency, and productivity through compassionate support.

We provide a multi-dimensional program centered on three-tier housing development and supportive services. Our core approach is a four-step process designed to successfully re-acclimate clients: identifying chronically homeless individuals, transitioning them to a 24-month program, and emphasizing life skills, job preparation, and primary healthcare.

Clients receive intensive, individualized support daily, including life skills building, substance abuse support, and counseling. We utilize an Electronic Medical Record Case Management System to provide comprehensive care, ensuring clients achieve lasting success and stability.
