University Legal Services (ULS) is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to serving the District of Columbia by providing essential services to low and moderate-income persons.

ULS offers comprehensive housing services, including counseling, tenant assistance, and asset management to help clients purchase homes, improve credit, avoid foreclosure, and secure affordable, accessible housing.

Furthermore, ULS functions as the Protection and Advocacy (P&A) agency through its Disability Rights DC (DRDC) unit, advocating for the human, civil, and legal rights of people with disabilities. This mission is supported by promoting opportunities through assistive technology.
