The ACTcareers Academy offers high school students a smart career choice by providing specialized training in Construction Technologies. We partner with schools across Lake, Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties to deliver industry-developed curricula.

Students are trained in high-demand trades including Carpentry, Electrical, HVAC, Masonry, and Plumbing/Pipe Fitting, integrating academics with paid worksite experience. ACT acts as the essential bridge connecting students to industry members, ensuring they start their careers with higher wages taught by skilled craftspeople. Graduates qualify for Dual Enrollment and Post-Secondary Training Credits, positioning them for success in the construction field.
