The Christian Women's Job Corps of Greater Columbus (CWJCGC/CMJCGC) uniquely equips women in need for life and employment within a profound Christian and missions context. Set apart by the Spirit of God, our program provides a framework where women are empowered to achieve their goals while serving others.

Participants engage in a 12-week program, receiving 196 hours of instruction, personalized goal setting, and mentorship. This structure fosters a sense of control and joy as women gain practical skills, often supplemented by external resources like GED classes. Rooted in the belief of the Trinity and the power of the Holy Spirit, we guide women through a process of instruction and righteousness, demonstrating that equipping women for employment is a divine mandate.
