The Bickerdike Redevelopment Corporation is a long-standing, member-based, nonprofit community development corporation dedicated to developing communities on Chicago’s northwest side for low and moderate-income residents.

For over 52 years, we have worked to provide vital housing security and educational outcomes through community development projects, including the West Town Housing Preservation and Victory Apartments Preservation initiatives. Our work involves efforts like the Emmett Street Apartments Project and supporting local food access.
