The Westside Health Authority (WHA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to standing with the community for justice and equity. Since 1988, WHA has empowered the Austin neighborhood and the greater West Side of Chicago by connecting residents to vital economic, cultural, and social service opportunities.

Serving an estimated 22,000 residents annually through six locations, WHA acts as a catalyst, bringing neighbors together and connecting the community to jobs, economic redevelopment, and vital social services. Supported by public and private funding, WHA uses innovative initiatives, including the Village Community Fellows Program, to create a safer, more vibrant community for everyone.
