Greater Elgin Family Care Center (GEFCC) provides comprehensive, affordable, and high-quality health care for the entire family across nine convenient locations in northern Illinois (including Cook, DeKalb, DuPage, Kane, and McHenry Counties).

Our mission is to ensure everyone receives access to care, regardless of ability to pay. As a Joint Commission-accredited Primary Care Medical Home, we offer an interdisciplinary team of medical, dental, and behavioral health providers.

GEFCC specializes in integrated care, including Medication Assisted Treatment for Substance Use Disorder, immunization services, and dental care. We are committed to delivering compassionate service, supported by federal funding, ensuring all patients receive the quality care they deserve.
