Cornerstone Services is an Illinois-based, 501(c)(3) agency dedicated to promoting choice, dignity, and opportunity for individuals with disabilities and mental health needs. Serving the community since 1969, Cornerstone provides progressive, comprehensive services, helping people transition from group homes to independent living.

We offer assistance in vital areas, including career counseling, job coaching, and finding the best alternatives. Last year, we provided homes to over 200 homeless individuals and secured jobs for 172 jobless people. Cornerstone partners with valuable organizations to provide essential support, accepts Medicaid and private insurance, and welcomes community support through donations and fundraising events.
