Peoria County is issuing important public service announcements regarding upcoming events and local regulations.

The Peoria County Election Commission reminds all residents and voters that under Illinois Election Code Law, no campaigning or campaigning materials are permitted within 100 feet of any designated polling place.

Additionally, residents should note a temporary road closure: W Walnut Creek Road will be closed between Illinois Route 78 and N. White Road from November 2 through November 6.
