The Health Partnership Clinic acts as a comprehensive medical home, partnering with individuals to manage their medical, dental, and behavioral health needs. We are committed to accessible care for all ages, regardless of insurance status, and we serve our community by speaking Spanish and other languages.

We offer vital community health initiatives, including mobile mammography screenings in September and December for women, especially those 50 and older, low income, and uninsured. Qualified participants also receive a $50 gas card. With five clinic sites and federally recognized status, we provide trusted, comprehensive services and community awareness events throughout the year.
