All Well-Being Services (AWBS), "Bringing Wellness to Life," is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals, families, and communities through integrated health and human services. Celebrating over 65 years of commitment, AWBS provides comprehensive, person-centered care across six locations in Wayne and Macomb counties.

We offer specialized services including mental health programs, substance use disorder treatment and prevention, and intellectual developmental disabilities (IDD) services designed to foster vocational skills and community inclusion. AWBS also provides integrated physical health care, HIV/AIDS prevention, and preventative wellness resources. Our mission is to foster self-sufficiency and total well-being through quality, evidence-based treatment and support.
