Our new 400 Mack Detroit Health Center (CPHA), opening in Fall 2020, establishes an epicenter for primary care and population health accountability. This facility focuses on addressing physical, behavioral, and social determinants—such as housing and food insecurity—to help patients live longer, healthier lives through early intervention and preventive care.
