The Arts & Science Council (ASC) champions "Culture For All" by ensuring cultural equity and fostering a vibrant cultural life for everyone. We achieve this by addressing systemic inequities in funding and resource allocation, listening to residents, and strengthening the creative economy.

ASC provides vital support through grants for individuals, schools, and organizations, funding critical operations for 37 groups, and offering capacity-building training. We champion access via our Culture Blocks Initiative and award fellowships that invest in emerging artists, demonstrating our commitment to building social capital and renewing creative energy across the community.
