Coastal Horizons Center promotes healthier lives and safer communities by offering comprehensive, evidence-based services across North Carolina. As a nationally accredited, non-profit, we provide a broad range of crisis intervention, substance abuse treatment, justice services, and wellness support.

We offer specialized care, including 24/7 support for victims of sexual assault and emergency youth shelters, as well as specialized services in Spanish. Our Horizons Health programs ensure access to primary care and mental wellness for families. Coastal Horizons serves justice-involved individuals and vulnerable youth, offering comprehensive outpatient treatment and support.
