The New Jersey State Organization of Cystic Fibrosis (NJSOCF) is a dedicated not-for-profit organization committed to improving the quality of life for individuals with Cystic Fibrosis by helping them breathe easier.

NJSOCF eases the heavy financial burdens faced by CF patients and their families by providing essential financial assistance and services throughout the state. We use donated dollars to purchase the daily necessities for patients, including prescription drugs, medical equipment, nutritional supplements, and extra nutritious foods. Our mission is driven by a clear vision to ensure every patient has the resources needed to thrive. We empower patients to continue leading their lives with dignity.
