The San Francisco AIDS Foundation (SFAF) promotes health, wellness, and social justice for communities most impacted by HIV through comprehensive sexual health and substance use services, advocacy, and community partnerships.

We provide vital support, including free HIV services, PrEP medication access, Hepatitis C testing and treatment, and specialized substance use treatment for people who inject drugs and those who use drugs. SFAF offers individualized support, health navigation, and resources for People Living With HIV, People Who Use Drugs & Alcohol, and LGBTQ+ communities.
