Northeast Ohio Neighborhood Health Services (NEON) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) network dedicated to improving healthcare access and reducing health disparities in Greater Cleveland. We provide essential primary care, built on a foundation of trust and long-standing quality, evidenced by over 45 years of Joint Commission accreditation.

NEON accepts Medicare, Medicaid, and various managed care plans (including UnitedHealthcare and Buckeye Health Plan), along with numerous commercial insurance plans. We offer services on a sliding fee scale, ensuring affordability based on patient income and family size. NEON receives HHS funding and operates with Federal Public Health Service status, providing comprehensive, accessible care for our community.
