The Cardinal Community House is a non-profit agency dedicated to assisting individuals experiencing homelessness and involvement in the criminal justice system with community reentry.

Our mission is to address critical needs, starting with housing, to promote residents’ maximum level of functioning. We operate a 160-bed campus serving both male and female participants.

We create a safe, structured, and predictable environment that balances acceptance and support, fostering personal growth and responsibility. Residents receive comprehensive support from Case Managers, focusing on personal health, financial management, self-image, and community engagement. Through measurable goals, we empower individuals to achieve successful reentry.
