Dr. Nancy Curosh, MD, PC, is retiring and closing her endocrinology practice permanently after February 28, 2020. Patients with ongoing endocrine needs are encouraged to seek new care.

For existing patients, the practice is providing instructions on handling medical records. You may request copies of your records, which can be picked up at the office until February 28, 2020, or obtained from Desert River Solutions. A release authorization form is required for record transfers. We encourage all individuals to follow the included instructions regarding your records.
