Dignity Housing is dedicated to breaking the cycle of homelessness in Philadelphia by providing quality affordable housing and essential supportive services. As the first national program founded and guided by homeless people and activists, Dignity uses an individualized approach to meet the complex needs of individuals and families.

Since 1988, Dignity has served over 5,000 homeless families and individuals, primarily single African American women and their children, helping them achieve self-sufficiency. We create opportunities through programs like After School Enrichment and offer resources such as a free public computer lab and new community playgrounds. Dignity empowers residents to thrive and build brighter futures.
