The Neurology Foundation, Inc., established in 1989, is a tax-exempt non-profit organization dedicated to advancing neurology through patient care, medical education, and neuroscience research.

The Foundation provides essential support to the missions of Brown Medical School and Rhode Island Hospital. It is home to specialized centers, including the Louise Wilcox ALS Center and The Multiple Sclerosis Center. Furthermore, the Foundation is the employer for the majority of full-time faculty members in the Department of Neurology at the Warren Alpert Medical School.
