AS220 is dedicated to envisioning a just world where everyone can realize their full creative potential. We foster this mission through diverse activities, including the AS220 Archives at the Providence Public Library and AS220 Galleries.

We feature inspiring content, such as the Yellow WallPaper series by artist Jodie Goodnough, and new collections from her. AS220 also offers community opportunities, including hiring Part-Time Property Maintenance Technicians and seeking teaching artists for AS220 Youth virtual workshops. We support local talent, such as Rhode Island photographer Brian Lavall. AS220 connects art, education, and community work to empower creative expression.
