Building Blocks Rehabilitation & Autism Centers (BBRAC) is a comprehensive outpatient facility in the Rio Grande Valley dedicated to providing integrated rehabilitation and social services for children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and other developmental needs.

We offer specialized services including Occupational Therapy (OT) to improve daily living skills, Physical Therapy (PT) to enhance motor skills and coordination, and specialized Speech Therapy using applied behavior analysis. Our team focuses on promoting independence by developing cognitive, social, and physical abilities.

Furthermore, our full-time Social Services team provides crucial support to families, assisting with resources like Medicaid, school conferences, and parenting support. We foster ongoing relationships with families to ensure holistic development and achieve the highest possible independence.
