Serving Rock and Walworth Counties since 1965, Community Action is dedicated to serving the community through vital programs. We offer essential services including the Preschool 4 Janesville (P4J), the Twin Oaks Shelter for the Homeless, Rental Assistance, and the Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP).

Our programs provide crucial support, helping homeless individuals find refuge and enrolling people in local services.
