Project Joy & Hope enhances the quality of life for seriously ill children and their families by striving to prevent and relieve suffering through supportive care, education, and community awareness.

Founded on the vision of Dr. Jan Wheeler, Project Joy & Hope serves as a model for similar programs across Texas and the United States, based in the Houston-Galveston area. Our flagship Tulip Project provides daily shelter and a peaceful, private environment for families undergoing life-limiting treatments, including cancer, transplant, hospice, and palliative care.
