The Economic Opportunities Advancement Corporation (EOAC) is a private non-profit organization dedicated to serving people in need by helping them achieve economic independence and ease poverty barriers. Established in 1966, EOAC implements the Economic Opportunity Act of 1964, focusing on creating opportunities across McLennan, Bosque, Freestone, Limestone, Hill, Falls, Johnson, Ellis, and Navarro Counties.

EOAC administers vital services, including the Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program, facility repairs, and rental housing assistance in the Waco area. We partner with community resources to provide comprehensive support, including access to financial reports, RFPs, and resources for families, schools, and community development efforts.
