The Wichita Adult Literacy Council (WALC) has proudly served the Wichita Falls community for over 30 years, dedicated to empowering individuals through literacy education and fostering community awareness of literacy issues.

WALC provides free tutoring services to hundreds of adult learners annually, utilizing the Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE) to assess skills. We empower community growth through education and welcome financial gifts, which are tax-deductible.
