The Dean Dale Special Utility District has a rich history spanning 53 years, originating in 1965 as a member-run organization. We have grown significantly, evolving from a small system to a large, vital utility serving over 1,300 accounts.

Our expansive infrastructure includes three treatment plants, one water tower, two well fields (14 wells), and over 150 miles of pipeline. We source water from Wichita Falls and operate with robust capacity. Furthermore, we serve the community by wholesaling water to the City of Byers and the City of Thornberry. The District is committed to providing not just water, but comprehensive services that meet the needs of all our customers.
