New Horizons Regional Education Centers (NHREC) is the Commonwealth’s oldest and largest multi-campus regional education organization, operating through Virginia Peninsula school divisions.

NHREC offers vital programs focused on workforce readiness and education, including technical programs for juniors and seniors, and an Apprenticeship and Adult Training center connected to local employment opportunities. They also provide a grant program offering work experience and support for youth (17-24).

NHREC hosts virtual events, including the GSST Virtual Open House and the Governor's School for Science and CTE Open House, offering parents and students opportunities to learn more about education and career training.
