Navos offers over 275 years of refuge and recovery, built on a foundation of compassionate care and innovation. Founded in 1966 as the Highline West Seattle Community Mental Health Clinic, we were established by concerned residents to provide affordable, accessible mental health care to the community.

Our history is strengthened by vital partnerships, including the Ruth Dykeman Children’s Center and Seattle Children’s Home. These mergers allowed Navos to dramatically expand its services, establishing us as a leader in providing specialized mental health treatment for children and adolescents. We carry a legacy dating back to 1884, ensuring a rich history of dedicated service and expertise.
