DESC (Housing & Health to End Homelessness in Seattle) is dedicated to ending homelessness through integrated housing and health services. We recently celebrated the grand opening of Hobson Place, providing shelter for 85 individuals escaping chronic homelessness.

DESC advocates moving beyond congregate shelters, especially as health concerns rise. Our community fosters connection through events like the 12th Annual Gimme Shelter concert held at Aurora House. We encourage support through initiatives like "Make a gift to Gimme Shelter." DESC also acknowledges its location on the ancestral land of the Coast Salish people.
